Which tool should I start with?
Start with your biggest problem. Fur in the sofa, carpet or car: the All-Surface Tool. Fur on beds and clothes: the Fur Wiper. Fur still on the pet: the Cuddle Glove. If you have all three problems, the Fur-Free Kit gets you the three tools for £49.99 instead of £86.97.
Does it work on cat hair as well as dog hair?
Yes. The glove works on cats and dogs, short coat or long. Fine cat hair on smooth fabric is the Fur Wiper's job; coarse dog hair stuck in a woven sofa is the rake's.
Will it damage my sofa?
Not woven fabric, microfibre, carpet or car seats. Skip the rake on velvet, knitted fabric, cashmere and loose weaves, and use the Fur Wiper there. On leather, a damp cloth does it: nothing is stuck in the weave.
How long does delivery really take?
We dispatch in 1–3 working days, then tracked delivery takes 8–15 working days. It isn't next-day, and we'd rather tell you now. Free UK delivery over £45.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 30 days. Email support@meoggy.com with your order number and a photo, and we refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back.
