Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Cost
Free standard delivery on orders of £45 or more. £3.95 standard delivery on orders under £45.

Timing
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery then takes 8–15 working days and is tracked. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse outside the UK. An order with several items, such as a kit, can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking.

Tracking
We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our Track your order page (meoggy.com/pages/track-order).

Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 20 working days after dispatch, email support@meoggy.com with your order number and we'll look into it, then reship or refund if it's lost.
