How long does delivery take?

Orders dispatch within 1 working day from our UK fulfilment centre and arrive in 2–5 working days, fully tracked. Delivery is free on orders over £40, otherwise £3.95.

Is the GroomVac too loud for nervous pets?

It's designed for exactly those pets — the motor runs under 60 dB, about the level of a normal conversation. Most cats and noise-shy dogs settle within a session or two. Start on the lowest setting and reward as you go.

Will these tools work on my cat?

Yes — the whole range is designed for both cats and dogs. The QuietTrim nail grinder has a dedicated small port for cats and kittens, and the slicker brush has skin-safe bristle tips for thinner coats.

What if my pet hates it?

You have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not working out, email us and we'll arrange a return and full refund — even if it's been used. That's on top of your 14-day legal right to cancel.

What's your returns process?

Do the products come with a warranty?

Beyond the 30-day guarantee, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protect you against faults — if anything stops working as it should, we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet — we're focused on doing the UK properly first.

How often should I groom my pet at home?

Little and often beats marathon sessions: a few minutes of brushing 2–3 times a week keeps most coats in shape, with nail care every 3–4 weeks. Shedding seasons (spring and autumn) may need a daily once-over.
