Yes. The Cuddle Glove and the Mist Comb work on cats and dogs, short coat or long. The All-Surface Tool and the Fur Wiper are for their fur on your sofa, carpet, bed and clothes, not for use on the pet.

Use the Cuddle Glove. You stroke your pet as usual and the textured surface lifts the loose fur. Most pets don’t notice it’s a grooming tool.

No. Every tool is reusable: no sticky sheets, no refills. The Mist Comb takes plain water. The only thing that gets used up is the Machine Tablets, sold on their own or in the Whole Home Kit.

With the Cuddle Glove, the fur peels off in one sheet and goes straight in the bin. With the brush and the All-Surface Tool, pull the collected fur out after each use. The Grooming Kit Bag has a wipe-clean lining.

We dispatch within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery then takes 6–10 working days, fully tracked. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, and your whole order normally arrives in one tracked parcel. There are no customs fees to pay on delivery: import taxes and charges are already paid.
