30-day money-back guarantee

Not happy with your Meoggy order for any reason? Email support@meoggy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll arrange a full refund — no need to send anything back, used and covered in fur is fine.

Your legal right to cancel

Separately from our guarantee, UK law gives you a 14-day right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting from the day your order arrives. To cancel, email us within that window and we'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being notified.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of our 30-day guarantee. Email us with photos and your order number and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We aim to process them within 5 working days of agreeing the refund; your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
