About these terms

Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Meoggy and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Products and pricing

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but mistakes happen — if we spot a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing anything. All prices are shown in GBP and are the final price you pay, with no hidden fees added at checkout.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket isn't a contract yet. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock — in which case we'll refund you in full.

Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and typically arrive in 8–15 working days. Free delivery on orders over £45; £3.95 on orders under that. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
